In the Night Garden has been filmed in a real woodland setting using High Definition technology to create a compelling and fully immersive experience for young viewers. The Night Garden turns into the night sky and Igglepiggle is seen asleep on his boat as the end credits roll.

What I got instead was BRIGHT colours, broad daylight and crazy frenzied capers from Iggle Piggle, Upsey Daisy, Makka Pakka and the Tombliboos. The creators of this magical show on the CBeebies channel have turned to the toymakers Hasbro to come up with all the In The Night Garden merchandise. so this is a programme about calming things down whereas most children's TV is about getting everything up. Collection of episodes of the CBeebies pre-school series narrated by Derek Jacobi, which takes children on an imaginative journey through the night garden, encountering its funny and lovable residents including Upsy Daisy, Igglepiggle, Makka Pakka, the Tombliboos, the Pontipines and the Haahoos.

The show's producers, Ragdoll Productions, signed a deal to make the toy producer Hasbro a global partner before the show was first aired and merchandise was first made available in July 2007. As of 2010, the show airs on Clan in Spain sometime around 8:30 AM on weekdays and around 7:50 AM on weekends. The six 15-minute specials are CGI-animated in Canada by WildBrain Studios, with an initial broadcast deal made with Hop!In November 2011 when Nick Jr Russia launched, In The Night Garden aired at 11:00 am (Russian time) or 03:00 am (us time) in 2013 the show stopped airing on Nick Jr Russia for unknown reasons.
